River Kwai Tour 3 Days

Day 1
We leave early morning by minivan to the famous floating market of Damnoen Saduak about 70 kilometers west of Bangkok. Every morning hundreds of small boats will gather here to trade fruit, groceries and fish. After that to Kanchanaburi where we see the famous bridge. After lunch we visit the war museum and one of the cemeteries. Then to our resort at the banks of the Kwai river and rest of the day free at leisure.
Day 2
After breakfast to the Kaeng Lawa caves.  We continue to the Erawan National Park met with its water falls consisting of 7 tiers.  You can either swim in one of the lower pools or walk through the deep jungle to the top. Then back to our resort.

Day 3
We visit the Hellfire pass where in the Second World War many prisoners succumbed to the heavy work. They had to make a way for the railway to pass through the rocks, only using very simple equipment. After that to Nam Tok station where we board the Burma railway train. We pass wooden bridges along the Kwai River and have fantastic views. Back to Bangkok by air-conditioned minivan.
