| Hightlight of Thailand 18 Day
Day 1 : Bangkok, Arrival
Upon arrival at the airport and after clearing immigration and customs, meet with our representative with a sign with your name and transfer to the hotel for check in. Bangkok has been Thailand's dominant city since the eighteenth century. Established as the capital in 1767 after the fall of the ancient city of Ayutthaya, Bangkok is located on one of southeastern Asia's most important rivers, the Chao Phraya. In the 1980s and 1990s, Bangkok underwent rapid modernization, growing to approximately ten million people, making this the only major city in a country of villages and small towns. Bangkok's ancient palaces and Buddhist temples contrast with high rises and traffic jams.
Day 2: City and Temple tour
Around 07.30 hrs. You will be picked up to joining bus to visit the 3 most famous royal Bangkok temples. Reclining Buddha temple or Wat Pho, the oldest and biggest temple with the largest number of pagodas (95 in all) in the city. Also, it was the first open university of Thailand which offered courses in several branches of knowledge like literature, astrology, medicine and massage. It's well known for its huge Reclining Buddha, 46 m. long and 15 m. high. Then stop at the famous Wat Suthatthepwararam Rajaworamahavihara is another large monastery which was build from 1782 onwards. The first glimpse of 160 golden Buddha Statues is simply breathtaking as is the arrangement of the whole temple , its many statues and the large square on which the main building stands. The bronze Buddha statue enshrine inside the Wiharn represents the 13 th century Phra Buddha Sakayamunee, which Rama l. brought to Bangkok from Sukhothai. And last stop Wat Benjamabophit is called the Marble Temple because of the white Carrara marble of which it is constructed. The Marble Temple is the most modern and one of the most beautiful of Bangkok's royal wats. The Marble Temple was built in 1899 by Prince Narit saranuwathiwong, the half brother of Rama V. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 3: Damnoensaduak Floating Market
Meet tour guide at 07.00hrs. Head to the most colorful of Thailand’s floating markets is the one at Damnoen Saduak in Ratchaburi Province, about 104 km southwest of Bangkok. Visit the famous floating market, then board a canal boat and view native life along the canal banks and arrive at the market, where boats of various shapes and size, carry goods for trading. Return to hotel.
Day 4: Kanchanaburi tour
Pick up at 07.00hrs. to The Bridge on the River Kwai has become a famous tourist attraction nowadays . Thanks to the world famous movie industry - HOLYWOOD - for making the movie 'The Bride Over The River Kwai'. Although the movie was produced over 40 years ago, people here and around the world still talk about it and want to visit the Bridge. This sightseeing attraction was actually created by the POW (prisoners of war) and poor Asian workers who suffered due to heavy work, tragedy and betrayal. This sad story about what happened has been
told and recorded many times. It teaches us a big lesson about life and reminds us of the bad effects of war. This trip would be good for visitors who like to enjoy the countryside. But you must bear in mind that you will be on the road for the round trip , which takes about 3-4 hours since streets leading to Kanchanaburi are narrow ( about 1-2 traffic lanes) and there are lots of traffic lights on the way.

Day 5: Bangkok - Pattaya
After check out, just go to meeting point (Asia Hotel at Pratunam area) to take joining bus to Pattaya city (Pick up time at 12.30hrs.) you can take taxi which may cost about BHT80/way on your won. Pattaya is a city in Thailand, located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand, about 165 km southeast of Bangkok. Pattaya City's main beach is separated in North / central and South area, going from a more family oriented to the iconic night life walking Street in the South Pattaya area. Pick up around 17.30hrs to enjoy Alcarza show is located on Pattaya 2nd Road. It is well known throughout most of the "INTERNATIONAL" in equivalence to both Lido & Moulin Rouge of Paris. But Alcazar is different that Lady-man stages it. Alcazar can successfully blend the art of acting, stage design, costumes & the sequence of the shows so well to be impressed by every one of all ages.
Day 6: Coral Island tour
Pick up around 08.00 hrs. to Koh Larn (Coral Island) is a nice Island about 15 minute speedboat rides from Pattaya beach (7.5 kms). The ferry departs hourly, and is a 45-minute ride. Ko Lan has several beaches, which are known for their cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, soft white sand and crystal-clear water. It is perfect to get here in early morning, you'll own the beach yourself before other tourist arrive. The water is nice and clean and the sand nice and golden. Because the island is mountainous there are also some spectacular views for those that like to take a few snapshots. Koh Larn is also very suited for cycling and hiking, many cycling events have been held here. Many movie production companies have used the island for movie shoots
Day 7: Pattaya free day
Day 8: Nong Nooch Village tour
Pick up around 07.30 hrs. to Suan Nong Nooch is located in beautifully landscaped, with orchid nursery and other botanical gardens. It is a Thai village style with recreation - Vacation Park. Highlight of this place is cultural and traditional performances with an elephant show. The famous "Cultural Extravaganza" is presented three times a day at 10.15 a.m., 2.00 and 3.45 p.m. Witness the splendors of Thai tradition and ceremonies, graceful dances from all over the country, sword fighting, Thai kick-boxing, and much more, featuring hundreds of multi-talented performers in a fascinating one and- a half hour show.
Day 9 Pattaya - Bangkok
Pick up at 12.30hrs. back to Bangkok. You will be drop at Asia Hotel where you should take taxi on you own to the hotel.
Day 10: Bangkok – Chiang Mai
Check out and you will be transferred to train station (night trip) and overnight on the 2nd class train.
Day 11: Chiang Mai trip
Chiang Mai meaning of a new city was founded in 1296 by King Mengrai as the capital of the first independent Thai state, Lanna Thai (Kingdom of One Million Rice Fields).It became the cultural and religious center of the northern Tai, those who had migrated from southern China to dwell in Thailand, and remained so throughout the turbulent period of recurring Burmese attacks.

The Burmese finally captured Chiang Mai in 1556 and occupied it until King Taksin retook the city in 1775, driving the Burmese forces back to near the present border. Burmese influence on religion, architecture, language, cuisine, and culture, however, remains strong. Upon arrival at the train station, meet with representative and transfer to visit Doi Suthep Temple, the most popular place among the visitor both Thai and foreigner. The temple is located on the mountain 1,025 meters above the sea level. You can also see the views of Chiang Mai from the temple. Then visit Meo Hill Tribe Village at Doi Pui. Transfer to check in at the hotel. Khan Toke Dinner, a unique traditional dinner of the Northern region. Dinner is served in small bowls called
Khan and you will seat on cushions at a low table called Toke. The cuisine is northern Thai and is prepared with the western palate in mind. During dinner, the Thai folk dancing performances are provided by beautiful maidens who will perform the Forn Leb – finger dance, Forn Thien – candle dance, Ramwong – circle dance and a sword dance.
Day 12 + 13: Chiang Mai trekking
The departure time is 09.30 a.m. You will be picked up by a truck from your hotel. After a short 40-minute drive, we will stop at the market for fresh supplies. Then carry on to the waterfall where we will have lunch and swim. After a short break, we will continue by foot about 3 hours and stay overnight at Meo Village. Start 09.30 a.m. by a short walk to the rubber rafting point about 1 hour while at the same time explore Shan Village. Then, have lunch and after lunch, take a Bamboo rafting about 1 hour. Then take an Elephant Riding about 1 hour and finally come back to Chiang Mai.
Day 14: Chiang Mai trip
Depart from Chiang Mai in the early morning to visit Maekajan Hot Spring. Then, visit Chiang Saen, the ancient city, located on the Khong river bank. Then, visit Golden Triangle where three countries meet. After that, travel to Mae sai, the border between Thailand and Burma. On the way back visit Karen Long Neck, Akha and Big Ear Hill Tribe Village
Day 15: Chiang Mai tour - Bangkok
Visit the handicraft village along Sankampang Road which is well known for their local products. You will see the process of production of those products such as umbrella making, silver ware, lacquer ware, woodcarving, jewelry’s factories and Thai silk. You will also be able to shop at local prices. Transfer out to train station.
Day 16: Bangkok
Transfer from Train station to check in at hotel.
Day 17: Bangkok
Spend free day at leisure.
Day 18: Bangkok, Departure
The rest of the day is free and easy at leisure on your own until time to transfer to the airport for departure flight.
